Zero Tolerance ZT-9 125 Fixed Bayonet

This is a ZT-9 fixed bayonet from Zero Tolerance – a range of knives and tools developed by Kershaw. Claimed to be the strongest production knife on the planet, and when you look at the materials it is made of you may just tend to agree.

S30V stainless steel is used for the blade and is an incredible quarter inch thick. It marries up to the thick uncompromising handle – Ranger Green with G-10m scales for fantastic grip levels.

This bayonet can be used in hand combat or even mounted to an M-16, M-4 or AR-15 rifle. When used mounted to one of these rifles, the blade extends beyond the muzzle by 6 inches, way more than other more ordinary bayonets issued.

A purposeful protective sheath that is included can be used when you are using it as a field knife.

This Strider-ZT collaboration functions just as you'd expect. It's tough and agile. The blade is Black oxide coated with a muzzle ring and latch plate and has a large tang to protect hands when the knife is being used under pressure. It also has a section of jimping at the top to aid with grip, and give a little extra traction as well as a small section of serration to give you the ability to cut items without having to swap knives.

Overall this knife is 12.5 inches in length with a 7.5 inch blade. The weight is 1lb and 3.4oz without sheath, and 1lb 10 oz with the sheath.
