The Uzi defender is an extremely well made knife that has a closed length of 4.5 inches. This makes it suitable for sheath carrying or in a deep pocket. It has a 3 1/8” blade that is Cryoedge treated 440 grade bead blasted stainless steel.
A part serrated edge gives you ample opportunity to get things done from cutting to slicing. Dual thumb studs helps with opening so that you simply need one hand to open the blade – just push the stud with your thumb to deploy the blade.
The handle features 6061-T6 grade aircraft Aluminum with a scratch resistant hard anodized finish. A soft rubber insert provides the grip you need and a good level of comfort. A liner lock is incorporated into the handle and a stainless steel pocket clip is attached to the rear of the handle.
This ZF0001GRSB Uzi Defender from United Cutlery comes complete in an Aluminum storage tin with foam insert.
