United Cutlery UC1230 Item Description:From United Cutlery comes this wonderful creation known as Lancelot's dagger. This is the UC1230 and is a fantastic piece of work that would adorn any axe wielding fighter, display case or collectors set just perfectly.
This classically designed knight's parrying dagger is name quite rightfully after one of King Arthur's chief knights (Sir Lancelot) of his court. The men who fought for King Arthur represented courage and bravery like no other.
This wonderful piece measures an impressive 15 5/8 inches in length overall with a commanding blade measuring 9 5/16 inches. The blade has been made using 420 J2 steel and is also stainless steel, double edged and 3/16 inches thick.
Twin guards then lead on to the handle, which is solid metal with a Black and Silver finish to it. It has been made using a rat-tail construction method.
The UC1230 Lancelot's dagger from United Cutlery is just perfect for all historical collectors, and those who enjoy re-enacting of renaissance times. A very fine piece indeed.
