The Spyderco Stretch knife (model SC90PBLE)

The Spyderco Stretch knife (model SC90PBLE) has a 3.5” modified stainless steel drop blade that is made out of Japanese ZDP-189 blade steel. This type of steel is popular as it is one of the hardest and highest performance steels you could meet. A part of the blades make-up is of pure carbon, which allows it to do as much hard work as you ask of it without buckling. The blade also has a thumb hole that allows ambidextrous one handed opening, making it very efficient in times of great need.

The knife has a Blue Fiberglass reinforced nylon (FRN) handle that is very lightweight to hold in your hand. There is nothing bulky or uncomfortable when you hold it for long periods of time, allowing you to have lots of fun when you use it. On the back of the knife is a reversible stainless pocket clip which works very well for either left or right handed people.

The knife also has another fantastic feature called the lanyard hole. This allows the user to carry the knife using various different options. It can also be used to hang the knife up when finished with.
