This knife is a rare thing to find. Partly because it is limited in numbers and partly because it uses exotic materials.
The Kopa range is an exclusive range to Spyderco and they have made this fantastic Gentlemen's folding knife with an array if different handles.

The leaf shaped blade is made from VG-10 grade stainless steel which is particularly effective at cutting and staying sharp for long periods of time. It is flat ground and the honed to a very fine razor sharp edge.
The blade (at around 2.5 inches) can be opened with the thumb using the thumb hole, and it locks with the lockback mechanism to keep it securely in place during use.
The handle is truly something else. They have clad this handle with stunning mother of pearl. Each one being quite unique, so it is unlikely there will ever be another one like yours. It measures around 3.5 inches and incorporates finger choils for grip.
