The blade has a hole in it, which allows you to single handedly open the blade with no effort needed at all. You will notice along the blades spine, the jimping will enhance your thumbs grip when rested on top of the blade.
The knife features a locking mechanism which safely keeps the blade in the open position until you have finished with it. This has proved to be very valuable in a knife, as it helps prevent serious and unnecessary accidents.
The textured injection molded handle is very lightweight, so it works perfectly together with the blade.
