The Shomer-Tec Fire Button Ferro BRK-SHOFB2 offers a reliable and compact fire-starting solution for any outdoor enthusiast or emergency preparedness kit. This device features a durable ferrocerium rod and a steel striker, producing hot sparks that easily ignite tinder in various conditions. Its button-style design allows for secure grip and efficient one-handed operation, while its small size makes it conveniently portable. Rely on the Fire Button Ferro to create a flame when you need it most. 0.75" diameter. Ferrocerium construction. Fire is produced by scraping shavings off the magnesium button (sold separately), and then striking the ferrocerium button to produce a shower of sparks. Will replace a standard button on clothing.
