Imperial Schrade 6OTX item description:This is the Schrade X-Timer 60TX and is part of a collection of four X-Timers, part of the Schrade TOUGH ethos. Take a closer look and see what you've been missing out on.
Schrade designed the X-timer series of knives and they come in four colors. This is the gunmetal Gray version but there is also an Emerald Green, Midnight Black and Royal Blue. The knives have been somewhat manufactured and designed around Schrade's traditional lockbacks.
The handle is machined using aircraft grade Aluminum and measures 5 inches in length, so plenty to get a hold of. It is also slightly contoured making it more comfortable to grip. There is also a lanyard hole situated at the rear of the handle near to the lockback release so you can feed your own lanyard through it for neck carrying if you wish.
The blade is Blackened epoxy powder coated and sports a thumb stud to help with opening as well as the X-timer logo. At this price you are getting a great knife with a great name behind it. Tough and rugged it is equally at home around the camp fire as it is in stressful situations. Keep quality close to home and stay focused. This Schrade X-timer makes a lot of sense.
