It has a black TiNi coating and attractive Black Zytel handles. The blade also has ambidextrous thumb studs allowing it to be used easily by both a left and right handed person. As with all the Flash series knives the SOG 398 features SOG Assisted Technology which allows you to open the blade with just one hand. It also has an easy to use sliding bolt action that locks the blade securely in place. To give you additional carrying options, the SOG 398 includes an ambidextrous carrying clip and a lanyard hole.
