The handle on this knife is a Celluloid handle with the Acorn inlay shield Polished Nickel Silver bolsters clasp either end of the handle.

There are two blades on this knife – a Spear blade and a Pen blade, both made from 440 grade stainless steel. A fingernail groove helps the owner to pull the blade out, and an etching of the Rough Rider logo adorns the main blade.
