Adapts hard scabbards and holsters to MOLLE/PALS webbing, MOLLE pouches to MOLLE/PALS webbing, MOLLE pouches and hard scabbards/holsters to hard surfaces such as walls or vehicle/aircraft interiors, non MOLLE gear (ALICE, Belt Loops, etc.) to MOLLE/PALS webbing, MOLLE pouches to belts, use two or more RUMPs to create an extra wide platform. Non MOLLE use: with additional webbing, D-Rings and buckles you can create your own gear or rig, attach gear to rifle stocks, create your own drop down holster or scabbard platform, create arm or leg carry platforms for holsters, scabbards or ammo pouches, use with extra 1" strap to create cargo tiedowns.
