Kershaw 3000RD item description:This is the Kershaw 3000RD. A knife made in memory of Delley Wade Officer, who was involved in a tragic hunting accident in 1984. When open, this knife extends to 5.6 inches, locked in position. It contains the fantastic clip-point 2.3 inch blade made using 8Cr13MoV stainless steel for improved edge retention.
The handle is a red, ribbed co-polymer handle (hard rubber) designed for extreme comfort and durability especially during extended use. There is also a 420 grade stainless steel liner inside the handle to seat the blade in. For each DWO knife sold, a portion is sent to the family of Delley Wade Officer.
