Kershaw 1675RDST Item Description:The Kershaw rescue knife model number KS1675RDST. Designed by Ken Onion, it's a Red handled knife which features a dull-tipped blade handy for cutting in close circumstances such as vehicle accidents, mountain rescue situations etc. The 3 3/8th inch blade is partially serrated to allow both cutting and precision slicing when needed, and is made using Sandvik 13C26 grade Stainless Steel – it's strong.
The handle is an anodized Aluminium construction (6061-T6 grade), with Trac-Tech inserts which give an improved level of grip during any weather condition or situation.
It's also got a carbide glass breaker tip at the foot, while the Speedsafe torsion bar assisted opening mechanism (for safety, responsive single handed opening and strength) comes as standard.
Weighs just 4.2oz and has a lanyard hole to allow it to be clipped or carried anywhere.
