Ka-Bar 1237 Item Description:If you are a big fan of large knives, then the Ka-Bar Skinner knife with a Stacked Leather handle (model number 1237) will be the ideal choice for you.
The 5 ¼” trailing point fixed blade has a hollow grind and notched thumb ramp to help you control it better. The blade is then made out of AUS8 A stainless steel with a Rockwell hardness of 55-57. The penetration and cutting power behind this will really blow you away.
Alongside the blade, it has a stacked leather handle with a slight finger groove which helps you with your grip. On the handle it also has Red, White and Black decorative spacers and a brass cross guard to stop your hand from accidentally slipping on the blade causing you serious injuries.
On the handle it has an Aluminum butt cap which not only looks good, it can be used as a defensive weapon if needed.
The Ka-Bar Large Skinner 1237 has a genuine leather sheath included.
