Ka-Bar 1484FG Item Description:Here is the 1484FG (Foliage Green) TDI (Tactical Defense Institute) Tanto blade knife.
TDI are a phenomenal training institute and Ka-Bar are proud to be displaying their branding on these specially made knives.
Designed as a last ditch knife for close contact combat when an assailant is reaching for your gun.
The blade is made from AUS 8A grade stainless steel with a Tanto tip for sheer penetrative ability, with a razor sharp plain edge that just glides in without much effort. The curved shape allows for maximum damage in small confined spaces, pulling round the enemy, slicing their arm or leg with ease.
The blade is 3.69 inches long and epoxy powder coated to a Black finish, with the TDI logo on it.
The handle is Foliage Green, made from Zytel and sturdy enough to be with you, and do as you say, with no fuss whatsoever.
Overall this knife is 7.56 inches long and weighs 0.4lbs. It also comes complete with a very sturdy Nylon belt sheath.
