The knife sits firmly at an impressive 12 5/8 inches in length and showcases a 7.5 inch mirror polished stainless steel blade which has the Hen & Rooster logo upon it and a silky sharp cutting edge and devilish tip.

A solid finger guard extends either side to help keep your hand firmly on the handle during use instead of slipping down towards the razor edge.

The handle has been crafted using some of the best genuine stag sourced and which is then polished before a stainless pommel is added.
