Exotac 001005-BLK Item Description:You are looking at the ultra portable collapsible self-contained firestarter that can easily fit on a keyring or in your pocket. This is the Exotac NanoStriker fire starter with replaceable Ferrocerium rod that works even when wet.
With a design brief made to give you a compact fire starting product that is high in quality and extremely small, Exotac got to work and produced this unit. The end result is a premium grade unit that can be collapsed at the end of the day and returned to chain ballast duty.
It uses a Tungsten carbide striker and replaceable Ferrocerium rod that will deliver more than 1000 fire starting strikes. The body is constructed using Black textured lightweight aircraft grade 6061-T6 anodized Aluminum that measures 3 3/8 inches when in the collapsed position.
The rod diameter is 3/16 inches and the overall diameter is 10mm. The length is 85mm and the weight is 14.5kg.
The Exotac nanostriker comes with a split ring for keyring carry plus additional O-rings and instructional manual.
