Columbia River Vertex CP-1045 Clip Point Knife

This is the Columbia River Vertex CP-1045 knife, a truly amazing knife that will never let you down. The knife features a 3.125” clip point blade made from 8Cr14Mov premium stainless steel, hollow ground and a satin finish. When you are ready to use it, the blade can be opened instantly with one hand by simply using the Outburst, and Fire Safe mechanism.

To open it, all you need to do is use the safety button on the end of the thumb stud. Firmly press the thumb stud and nudge it slightly outward. This will allow it to open very fast but more importantly, safely. When finished the blade is safely locked away by the fire safe pin.

The handle is made from black anodized 6061 aluminium, stainless steel liners and genuine Cocobolo wood inlays. Not only does this give the handle strength, it also gives it a touch of class as well.

The handle also has a liner lock, which guarantees the knife stays in the open position when in use. This is very important, as you do not want to have any unnecessary accidents when working with it. Mounted at the pivot end of this knife you will notice a black oxide coated stainless steel pocket clip.
