Columbia River 7122M item description:Are you looking for a knife with an edgy look to it? Then look no further than the Columbia River Lake Sentinel Micarta 7122M. This knife certainly has a no-nonsense feel to it. You certainly wouldn't want to get on its wrong side. Because this knife looks meaner, it really is not for the faint hearted. So if you think you can handle this knife, why not try and give it a go.
Features a 3.50” modified drop point blade, made from 8Cr14MoV stainless steel, Rockwell hardness of 55-57 and a satin brush finish with a high hollow grind. The knife also works well enough to be used left or right handed, thanks to its ambidextrous thumb disc. This allows the knife to be opened with one hand, with no effort needed at all. So if like many others you have struggled in the past when one of your hands was not free, you are simply going to find this amazing.
The anodized 6061 Aluminum handle has a Micarta onlay and spaced finger choils. These allow you to have a more solid and secure grip at all times, especially when working in wet conditions. The handle also features three oval reliefs backed by anodized aluminum accent panels, dual stainless steel liners and a liner lock with the LAWKS safety mechanism. This allows you to feel safe in the knowledge, that it will not close on you when in use.
Another useful feature is the lanyard hole. This allows the knife to be either attached to you in between jobs, or hung up safely out of the way when not in use.
