Columbia River employ 8Cr13MoV stainless steel for the blade. They've given the blade a row of razor sharp serrated teeth along with a superbly sharp plain section. The front of the blade is given a chisel edge rather than a point, and it's surprisingly useful in all manner of things.

There are dual thumb studs located at the top of the blade that you can push with just one hand to open out and lock the blade into position with. Using their LAWKS safety locking system you can be assured the blade will not close on you during use, and your confidence levels will soar. You can simply get in with your tasks.

The handle is a hand contoured handle with Black and White colored Micarta swirls upon it. With a rounded cross section, generously proportioned finger choils and a tough pommel swell you can see this knife is made for hard users who demand nothing but the best. To aid with grip there are small grip notches and the finger tips and friction grooves at the thumb (on the top of the blade). Both of these increase grip and control during use.

This Jon & Josh Graham designed knife also comes with two pocket clips, one for low pocket carry and the other for more traditional pocket carry options.
