The sleek and thin knife has an impressive 5” fillet blade made from 5Cr13MoV stainless steel which not only makes the blade very tough, but also flexible. As well as that it is mirror polished for best stain resistance, and also has a high taper ground which allows the knife to perform smooth and accurate slicing. When you are ready to use your knife, it could not be any more simpler. Just using the thumb studs will allow your knife to be opened just by using one hand. This is very useful when your other hand is not available.

The black micarta handle will always ensure a solid and firm grip at all times, no matter what conditions you are in. The rigid interframe on the Surf N Turf has two stainless steel liners, one locking and a full length stainless steel back spacer at the spine that is smooth. This makes cleaning the knife so much easier and you are not left wasting valuable time cleaning it.
