Columbia River 2706 First Strike 6 Knife Traditional With Modified Blade

The Columbia River CR2706 is made by knifemaker Steve Corkim, who is well known for making knives in the classic Japanese way, making these knives even more special.

The blade is made from AUS6M stainless steel and the shape of the blade is a combination of the ancient chokuto straights sword and the classic mohorazukuri double edge tanto. The blades massive thickness continues throughout the tapered full tang, with end result being, a knife that has incredible strength from tip to butt.

The handle is made from the traditional Japanese cord wrap, resin impregnated and black ray skin underlays. This ensures a greater grip on the knife.

This knife is truly a work of art.
