Over the years, the benefits of a Kukri have become well established as a weapon and a tool, but up until this knife, there hasn't been one from Cold Steel which was better for your pocket, as a carried folder knife.

Designed by Andrew Demko, the Rajah III folder is big enough to approximate the feel and heft of a fixed blade Kukri and it comes with all the characteristics a Kukri is much loved for.

Such as a downward curved blade that delivers a hollow ground edge at the perfect angle, delivering an incredible bite that is deep and firm. The blade tip is tough, wide and thick enough to deliver massive impact damage without compromise no matter how hard you push this knife.

The handle allows you to adopt three grip styles to suit your needs. You can really choke up to the edge with a strong grip for fine or intricate work, or through a regular mid-point grip for regular work and finally it can be gripped near the butt end providing massive leverage and weight forward balance to help you with chopping or heavy cutting.

The blade is made using AUS 8A stainless steel and has the Tri-Ad lock as well as a thumb plate opener and ambidextrous pocket clips. The handle is made with a Grivory material and steel liners to ensure strength and rigidity is kept intact.

The Cold Steel Rajah III knife, model number CS62KGM has a 3.5 inch blade that is also 4mm thick. The overall length is 8 3/8 inches while the weight is 4.4oz. The blade is bead blast finished and the handle is 4 7/8 inches made using Grivory. One awesome knife, one you won't forget in a hurry.
