Cold Steel 53SS Item Description:The 53SS Cold Steel Scimitar Spike. A slimline, minimalistic weapon with a super thick blade.
Designed by Barry Dawson, the Scimitar Spike is a stripped out knife with all of the no-fluff frills removed, and you are left with nothing less than a purely brilliant attack knife.
Created from a single piece of 420 Sub-Zero quenched stainless steel, the knife has a handle which is adorned with cord, and all of the sharp edges have been melted to give a supremely smooth and natural grip.
The blade is 7/32” thick and 4 3/8th inches long with a curved shape that assist penetration during thrusting and stabbing use.
You get a secure-ex sheath and steel bead lanyard to allow it to be stored on you or in a back pack or even around your neck.
This knife weighs just 2.6oz and measures just over 8 inches total length. Nice!
