The Hocho style blades are 1.5 inches wide and 1.5mm thick, flat ground from top to bottom and honed to an incredibly thin sharp edge.
The handle, if you can handle it, is 4.5 inches long with a Kraton overmold which allows for great hand pressure, giving a superb grip level. Weighs just 2.9oz and worthy of any kitchen drawer.
