Cold Steel 45K4S item description:This is Cold Steel's answer to a great all round kitchen knife – the 45K4S with serrated edge.
Cold Steel offer designs and research which is painstakingly tried and tested – no scary ideas – just pure unbridled, high quality knives with superior blades.
Skilfully flat ground from top to bottom, the 4 inch VG-1 blade is incredibly tough, and withstands a lot of repeated use, and the serrated edge allows for easier cutting action too.
The handle is made using Kraton, a substance which is very tough and shock absorbing, and offers a great grip level with minimum effort required.
This is a great all round knife, handy for slicing tomatoes wafer thin, vegetables and meats with virtually no resistance.
