The knife has a closed length of 5 inches. The handle is Rosewood and is surrounded by two Brass bolsters. The rear bolster reveals the lockback release mechanism which you squeeze when you want to disengage the locking mechanism. Otherwise simply open out the blade and it locks firmly open during use.

The interchangeable blades come displayed in the gift tin, but do have individual pockets within the leather pouch/sheath where they will happily sit while you are out and about. The sheath closes with a stud fastener and is embossed with the Case logo and basket weave design.
