Case 9451 Item Description:What you are looking at is the Case Red Stag handled Trapperlock knife, model number 9451, pattern number R5154L SS.
Trapper knives have long been favorites by many a knife owner, and this particular one is unique and very well made.
It sports a Tru-Sharp surgical stainless steel Clip style blade with a thumb stud to allow it to be closed and opened with a single hand, which is useful if your other hand is detaining wild animals.
The handle measures in at just over 4 inches in length(the overall closed length of this knife) while the weight is 3.4oz.
The handle is made from genuine stag material and a Red dye is added which highlights the grooves, creating this very unique design.
Finished off with polished Nickel Silver bolsters, Case shield and polished brass pins, it is, like all Case knives, a brilliant piece of work.
