This superb liner locking knife is part of the John Russell Case Summit collection of knives. It has a drop point BG-42 stainless steel blade that is flat taper ground. The steel has added Carbon and Vanadium to enhance strength and edge retention. A precision locking screw is integrated to an enhanced bolster to aid with stability and knife life.

The blade also benefits from a thumb stud so the knife can be opened using just one hand. Close to the pivot is an etching of the initials C and J and R, for Case John Russell. Truly a sumptuous full of life knife that deserves to be out on display.

This knife pays tribute to John Russell (aka Russ Case) who provided the inspiration as it is he who delved into advanced heat treatment techniques as well as identifying and sourcing new and innovative handle materials.
