Case 9654 Item Description:You are looking at the Case Peachseed jigged Autumn slimline Trapper knife, model CA-9654, pattern number 61048 SS. This is a knife that features a Clip blade made using razor sharp steel and a stunning autumn bone handle.
The handle is bone taken from Brazilian Zebu cattle which is then jigged within their production facility at their Bradford, PA base. The coloring that is achieved is superb and looks incredibly realistic with it's rich Brown and Orange hues.
A Brass Case inlay shield is set into the side of the handle and provides a nice contrast to the handle. At the working end is a polished Nickel Silver bolster which strengthens the knife.
Then we have the blade. It is a Clip blade made using Tru-Sharp surgical stainless steel. Razor sharp it holds a sharp edge for long periods of time and fights off the effects of rust and corrosion so al in all a superb choice of steel. There is also a nail nick to help with opening.
