The handle is made using jigged bone. The bone has the gorgeous Blue coloring, deeper and richer towards the middle of the handle. The bone is taken traditionally from Brazilian Zebu cattle because it offers a very dense material that can withstand the test of time with no issues or concerns whatsoever.

An oval shaped case inlay shield sits proudly on the side of the handle with a “Script Style” Case logo. Then there are two bolsters - one sat at either end. One bolster features an engraving of the Freemasons symbol. With teachings of philosophy and life part of their understanding, this knife embodies all that has evolved in the history of case knives.

Both the inlay shield and the bolsters are made using polished Nickel Silver. This is a choice Case have made and has proved to be incredibly popular because it always looks stunning and provides a great contrast to whatever handle material they choose to go with.

The blade is a Tru-Sharp surgical stainless steel drop point blade that is stamped with CASE XX USA 61225L SS on the blade, close to the pivot for long term authenticity. The blade also has a fingernail groove cut into it that aids you when you are opening and closing it. The steel holds a razor edge for long periods of time also.
