Case Canoe Vintage Stag V52131SS Anthracite Blades CA17110

Part of a range of knife with Vintage Stag, this is the Case Canoe knife model number BA17110. It is a well made knife with over 100 years of craftsmanship behind it's thinking. Blending genuine Stag antler and PDV Anthracite blades this is a nice combination that offers you something different.

The knife has the pattern number V52131SS. It comprises a tru-sharp surgical stainless steel blade with a Black Anthracite PVD coating with decorative scroll artwork and the Case logo on it. The steel retains a sharp edge for long periods of time as well as fending off rust and corrosion. You'll notice a short fingernail groove cut into the blade. This is useful for opening and closing the blades.

The handle is genuine Stag antler with an Antique finish to it. Pinned to the liners, it also has a Case bow-tie inlay shield set into it made from polished Nickel Silver. The Nickel Silver is also used in the polished bolsters that clasp either end of the knife, completing that transformation.
