Case CA12453 Olive Green Bone Peanut Pattern 6220SS

Look at this great knife. It is the Case CA12453 (sometimes known as the 12453) Olive Green bone Peanut knife and has the pattern number 6220 SS. Sometimes you just can't get enough of the Green stuff, and Case have plenty of these great knives for you to enjoy.

The handle is jigged bone taken from Brazilian zebu cattle, notably because it is a very dense material perfect for knife handles. The bone is cut into slabs and held ready for use, It is machine jigged during the production process and then soaked to give the color you see before being assembled.

Polished pinched Nickel Silver bolsters sit at either end and feature a stripe on each one. A polished inlay shield with the Case oval inlay shield (long tail C design) set into the side of the handle.

There are two stainless steel blades, a Clip and a Pen blade, Honed to a razor sharp edge, they will deliver all the cutting ability you are looking for, and then some more. A fingernail groove in the clip blade helps open the blade when needed.

A slip joint lock secures the blades in position when needed so that you can really get to grips with the knife without fear of accidental closure.

When closed, the Case 12453 Olive Green jigged bone Peanut knife measures 2 7/8 inches in length and weighs 1.7oz. This will happily sit in any pocket or bag ready for use when needed.
