Case 90490 Item Description:How do they do it? This is yet another great knife! It is the Case 90490 1st Run production knife, in commemoration of the “Standard” knife company (one of Case' earliest knife companies). It is a trapper knife made to please everyone who owns it.
It's also very collectible and will not be around for long because it is one of just 250 to be made from Case. They devised this rare series of knives called the 1st production run, also known as the first 250 of any new design to come off of the production lines.
Collectors and fans love these, so be sure to grab yours while they are around.
The handle is made from natural bone, and is jigged, so each handle of each knife has it's own unique custom feel, making them all that more special to own.
The Standard logo is attached to the handle, showing Case' proud history of their past.
Two polished Nickel Silver bolsters complement the appearance and make it seem all together and well finished.
You get two incredibly solid blades – a Clip and a Spey blade which have been precision ground to a razor sharp edge, from tru-sharp surgical stainless steel.
The pattern number is 6254 SS and the overall closed length is just over 4 inches. We love it.
