The handle is made from bone, bone that is taken from Zebu cattle that reside in Brazil. This particular bone is very strong, dense and reliable for knife makers. It is attached to the frame of this knife with Brass pins and nails, and then a case shield is affixed to the side of it. Finally polished Nickel Silver bolsters secure the ends of the handle, completing the fantastic design. The lockback release mechanism resides at the rear of the handle.
The blade is a razor sharp drop point Spear blade which can be pulled out using the grooved fingernail section along the upper edge of the blade, for easier and quicker opening. It has been made using tru-sharp surgical stainless steel. One of the best steels you could ever use.
