Case 10497 Item Description:If your knife of choice is an Eisenhower knife, then you are going to adore this Case Eisenhower 10497 knife that issues a proud thank you towards one of Case's earliest companies – the Standard Knife Company.
When Dean and Elliot Case set up the Standard Knife company in the early 1900's in Little Valley, New York, little did they know back then how successful the W.R. Case knife company would become. Since 1889 they have been delighting their customers with their innovative designs, and there are many famous people and clients such as NASA who have used their knives for various things – even taking them into space!
This Case Eisenhower knife is cool as a cucumber. It sits very happily at just a tad over 3 inches (3 1/8”) in length when the blades are closed, and weighs a nice and light 1.3oz. It is perfect for every day carry and use and is of course made to their own extremely high specifications.
The Spear and pen blades are high quality stainless steel, razor sharp and fold away when not in use. The handle is clasped by two polished Nickel Silver bolsters, one at either end, while the handle is natural bone, secured using polished pins, and then given the stamp of approval with the “STANDARD” knife company bar inlay shield, showing people what it is.
The pattern number is 06263 SS. Superb. Order in confidence today from hand-tools.com.
