These knives are some of the most recent offerings from Case themselves and this particular pattern is fast becoming one of the most popular Case XX patterns they have ever developed. Collectors and knife enthusiasts alike will surely appreciate the quality and workmanship which goes into making each and every one of their legendary knives.
This particular knife uses a slip joint locking mechanism to ensure that the blades stay open when in use. The overall length of this knife is just over 4 inches in length (4 1/8” to be precise) and is a great size for carrying with you, either in your pocket or in a protective sheath. This knife features tru-sharp surgical stainless steel blades. You get a clip blade and a spey blade. Each of these are honed so that they produce a razor-sharp edge which you can rely upon to work as hard as you do.
The handle is made from shed animal bone (normally taken from Brazilian zebu cattle) which is then jigged during the production process so that a really authentic and natural looking handle is produced. The bone is then dipped and colored on-site until the final finished Hunter Green appearance is achieved. Only then is the Silver script Case inlay shield placed onto the handle and an attached to the frame and held together with two pleasing Nickel Silver polished bolsters.
