The particular knife shown measures a substantial 8 inches in length, and just looking at it commands respect from any one who happens to glance for more than a few moments. It sports a 3 ½ inch AUS-8 stainless steel skinner blade which is deliciously sharp and even has a file worked section on the upper spine so that you can gain additional traction/grip while in use.

Rest your thumb for a comfortable hold on the upper spine and it will feel like a knife you have owned forever. The blade also has a small tang section helping to keep the blade and handle sections apart, aiding your safety and adding to confidence levels.

The handle is extremely well made and has been made using Green canvas Micarta which also sports a lanyard hole and pins to hold it in place. Overall there is nothing fancy about this knife apart from the fact it is simply a good all round high quality knife that will work as hard as you do.

The BOP01655 Bob Dozier anchorage knife is plenty good enough for the vast majority of skinning applications. It also comes complete with it's own brown leather belt sheath so you can keep it safe and sound when not in use. Comes highly recommended.
