Benchmade 921S Item Description:“Bench Made” products are created using very fine tolerance machines, and their accuracy is all down to the laser cutting machines with spot-on tolerances of 0.0005 on command. This level is usually only found in the Aerospace industry, which should give some idea as to how serious these guys are.
The 921S is a double-blade knife designed to cover the vast majority of situations you will encounter. Blade 1 is 3.3 inches and made from the high-carbon S30V Steel ( to reduce the amount of times a re-sharpen is required). The secondary blade, at 2.1 inches is made from the high quality 440C steel. Both blades are finished in a Satin feel.
The Blue handle is made from anodized Aluminum and the whole unit, surprisingly weighs in at a tiny 2.9oz!
When closed, it is 4.4 inches and when fully extended, this blade stretches out to 7.8 inches. Allowing it to fulfill most of your needs. The handle is very attractive with space for fingers and thumbs so that you can concentrate on what you are meant to be doing. Enjoy!
