The blade has a Drop Point style, a rating of 58-60 on the Rockwell hardness scale and is attached to the handle by stainless steel fasteners. Complete with ambidextrous thumb studs, this tool is so simple it's sublime.
The handle of this Ascent is fabricated from black Zytel and will hold up to any surroundings. Fully opened, the tool is 9.25", and folds down to 5.375".
