Here is the Anza Knives Anza “NK” small sized hunter knife. Perfect for those who have smaller hands or who need a smaller more compact sized knife to carry at their side, ready for their next command. It's called a small hunter knife, but it's overall length is 6 7/8 inches.

The knife is made using a single piece of file steel. Anza take that piece of steel and put it through a series of demanding steps to get it to where they are happy to let it go out of their production workshop.

The steel is firstly annealed, then cold ground and then polished and refined until the finished result is shown. They are proud of their knives and it shows in the level of finish. A thumb ramp on the blade enables you to place your thumb on it during use, and get greater control of your tasks during use.

The handle is wooden with a laminated plastic resign that is impregnated into it. The colors may vary due to the nature of the material being used, but you'll still get a fine custom hand made knife you can depend upon.
