Anza Hunter Medium Knife 6 1-8 Overall Wood Handle BRM

This is the Anza medium Hunter knife, model number BRM. It's nice to see custom hand made knives still available and good keen prices. This knife measures just slightly over 6 inches in length and delivers power and performance through it's full tang constructed design.

With a Brown wooden handle, it looks nice and easy on the eyes, and delivers a comfortable grip in the hand. Anza have carved out a gentle curve for hand and finger placement in the choil. The Choil (the curved cut out where your fingers lie) also acts as a finger guard to stop your hands from slipping on to the blade during use.

Being of full tang construction, Anza take a single piece of file steel use it for the entire knife right form the tip of the blade through to the butt end of the handle. This ensures uniform strength throughout. At the rear of the handle the tang can be used as a pommel when hunting game or crushing items such as food grains.

The blade section is 2 ¼ inches and is an upswept blade with a plain edge. The steel is taken from a single piece or file steel which is annealed, cold ground and polished.
