Anza 705 Item Description:From Anza knives comes this large sized 705 Anza hunter knife. Since 1980 Anza have worked tirelessly to exceed their customers' expectations and this knife is one of the finest full tang fixed blade knives you will ever encounter that is hand-made. Comes with it's own Sheath too!
The large hunter knife is made from a single piece of file steel. Anza take that steel and work it until you see the finished result shown here. They have to put each piece of steel through a process to get it to this level of refinement. Firstly they anneal the steel, cold grind it and then finally give it a high polish.
The blade is 5 1/8 inches in length and has an incredibly sharp edge that holds that edge for long periods of time. A slightly raised section on the spine provides useful traction for your thumb, which further aids in the control of the knife.
The handle is wood which has been impregnated with laminated plastic resin. The wood is also finger grooved for grip and style and function. Please note that the handle colors may vary. This Anza large sized 10 inch hunter knife comes complete with it's own leather cowhide sheath.
