The handle is Black Pearl. A highly sought after pearl that is sometimes hard to locate and is not as bountiful in population as regular pearls. Despite it's name, the pearls are not always Black. Often they will be shades of Green, Gray or even Aubergine and others. The handle sports a lanyard hole at the rear end for storage options.

At the side of the Black pearl handle is a brushed stainless steel bolster complementing the rest of the handle. Housed within the handle is a Brass liner that secures the front lock mechanism when the blade is locked in the open position.

The blade is rather special too. AUS 8 stainless steel with a razor sharp edge and a dazzling performance to go with it. It cuts effortlessly. You can grab at the fingernail groove cut into the blade and this will provide additional traction making it easier to open. It is also stamped with the Al Mar name and logo.

Coming complete with a Brown leather embossed pouch this knife would make a very attractive gift for yourself, a friend or a loved one.
