It's a feature aspired to by many knife manufacturers but few can truly say they've mastered it in quite the same way as Al Mar do.

Featuring the Al Mar front lock, the knife locks the blade in position during use. Push on either of the dual thumb studs (located on the blade upper section near the hinge) and it opens out locked in place ready for use. The blade is crafted using the finest AUS-8 stainless steel which offers great edge retention capabilities as well as long term use. You will also note the Al Mar logo printed on to the blade's surface. The blade measures a mighty 4 inches in length.

The handle is Black linen Micarta that offers a secure and assured grip you can trust in. The lock release is accessed through the choil cut into the handles upper section. A lanyard at the rear also offers you the ability to pass your own lanyard through and secure it wherever you want. A popular option is to carry it round your neck.

With this knife there is also the Al Mar pro-Clip. A unique ambidextrous pocket clip which can be fitted to either side by simply fitting it into the lanyard hole. This further aids in keeping the weight down. At 2oz this a good sized, generously proportioned knife with a Rockwell hardness rating of 57-59Rc.
