This boxed set commemorates the Case Cutlery manufacturing company's 100th anniversary with these 2 Whittler knives. The company decided to limited the production numbers to 500 of these, thus increasing their rarity and making them even more collectible just by that fact alone.

You get a half Whittler (6208 SS) that has a Red colored jigged bone handle, along with the signature of John D. Case adorning the blade. The second knife in the set is the 6208 SS Whittler knife that has a beautiful jigged Olive Green bone handle

The bone that Case use typically comes from the Brazilian Zebu cattle, due to its density and strength. It starts out flat, left in slabs ready to use and the would be jigged during the production process.

A Case medallion is included, as is the company history and image of their production factory printed and inserted into the lid. This makes a nice display box piece that can be kept to cherish the history of the Case Cutlery company.
