Kershaw Blur Glass Breaker Black Knife 1670GBBLT

The Blur has been a Kershaw favorite for many years. The knife if designed to handle tough situations on the job, around the house, or in those emergency situations when you need only the very best. Built of high-performance Sandvik 14C28N, the partially serrated blade cuts through seatbelt webbing (or other tough materials) with ease, which can make all the difference when seconds count. The blade is built for multitasking with excellent slicing and piercing capabilities, and the aircraft aluminum handles are tough and lightweight. This Blur also has a carbide tip built into those durable handles. That is an important feature because a plain steel tip won’t have the same effect in an emergency. If you need to break out a windshield in order to pull a victim to freedom, it’s got to be carbide. In the Blur Glassbreaker, it is. The Blur Glassbreaker is designed to give you a secure grip, too, even in non-optimal environmental conditions. The handle features Trac-Tec grip tape inserts that provide extra traction to help keep the knife where it belongs—in your hand. The Blur Glassbreaker is equipped with SpeedSafe® assisted opening so you can easily open the knife one-handed. Which is also important—because you’re not always going to have both hands free in an emergency.
