Complies with U.S. Army TM 9-1009-319-23&P (M16/M4), U.S. Army TM 9-1005-211-12 (M1911A1) and U.S. Army FM 31-70 Field Manual for Cold Weather Operations. Formulated to exceed MIL-PRF-680.
