Columbia River 2403 Side Hawg Single Grind With Modifed Drop Point Blade

The Columbia River CR2403 is made from one piece of 420J2 stainless steel, skeletonized with GNC chamfered and a single side grind. The curved modified drop point blade has a 1.625” razor sharp cutting edge that is able to carve, cut line or rope, slicing, trimming and skinning game. No matter what it is used for, this knife has no hidden area, so therefore it can be easily cleaned and be looking as good as new.

Has a deep finger choil which is a round cut out seperating the cutting edge from the ricasso. It is also used to describe a cut out, molded or formed area where the handle and blade meet which positions/guards the index finger while gripping the opened knife.

The handle is made from lightweight black zytel with stainless steel posts and saddle clips. Each side Hawg is securely held in place by its locator hole over the post, and then rotates the knife down into the saddle clip.The precision fit of the knife's flat-ground side, plus a molded security ridge, effectively seal the cutting edge to the frame. Drawing the knife is a fast one-hand action.
