The 156 has the pattern number LT1225LSS and is a lightweight knife using a lockback mechanism to secure the stainless steel blade into position during use. A fingernail grove cut into it helps when opening the blade out. The drop-point blade offers unrivalled performance and a stellar reliability like no other and is tang stamped with Case XX.
When you fold the blade away, the knife measures just 3 ¾ inches and weighs 0.8oz. This means it can be easily carried on you every day without bulking out your pockets or feeling too heavy. The lightweight Zytel handle has a lockback release cut-out at the rear so you can squeeze the release mechanism when done to close the blade for safety. The CA156 is a great light knife.
